Why Coaching?

Whatever your set of circumstances, having the support of a coach will help you understand your current situation, where you want to be, and the actions you need to take to head towards your goals. It will also help to provide the momentum, challenge and support to help get you there much more quickly.

Your one to one coaching will support you to unlock your full potential and move past the things that are in your way in order to achieve real, sustainable change in line with your goals.  Coaching provides a confidential and supportive environment to unload and find ways forward when you need it the most, freeing you up to be the best you can be.

Coaching Objectives

Our approach involves creating a confidential, open, trusting and safe environment for our clients to be able to discuss anything and get to the root of their issues and goals. It is also somewhere we should have some fun while along the way. 


We want to support you to understand your blind spots, overcome your issues and reach your goals. We believe that coaching should be a supportive, challenging and collaborative experience, and will use our business, personal and coaching skills to support you to find your own answers and make the changes you want to see in your world. 


Your coaching might be business or personally focused, or may be a balance between both. Whatever the circumstances we will support you to prioritise and find ways forward based on your specific needs.

Format and Delivery

The coaching can be face to face or virtual, and you will get our full commitment and attention throughout the process. We won’t set the agenda as we will work to your goals and you will receive a completely personalised experience in line with your needs, but with plenty of challenge and support to enable you to understand yourself better and really achieve your goals.

Options include:

  • Individual coaching contracts tailored to suit your needs. Typically 60 - 90 minutes per session over a minimum of 5 sessions.

  • Intensive sessions involving three or four continuous mornings away from the office environment.

  • Individual coaching sessions for previous clients who might need additional ad-hoc support.

Having the support of a coach will help you understand your current situation, where you want to be, and how you can get there.  It will also provide the momentum, challenge and support to help you get where you want to be much more quickly.
